How do I order a portrait
?
Go to the
order
page and supply your shipping address and send a digital photography (jpg,
jpeg or
gif). You can mail me to the following address a classical photography too :

What is the price of a portrait ?

Is the price including VAT
?
Yes, the prices are including VAT.
How do I pay, I cannot find a payment
page?
After you completed the
order form, an
E-mail will be sent to you containing a deposit payment URL and a final
payment URL.
Do I have to pay a deposit
?
Yes, you will be asked to pay a deposit before the artist will start to
draw your portrait. Go to the
fees page to get
information about the deposit amount.
How long does it take to receive the portrait at my home
address ?
Usually you will receive your portrait within 2 to 3 weeks.
How do I send a digital photography ?
Go to the
order
page and supply your shipping address and send me your digital photography (jpg,
jpeg or gif) by clicking the
address.
Is there a recommended size for a
digital photography ?
Yes, a digital photography should be between 100Ko and 1Mo and should have a
jpg, jpeg or gif format.
The face (head or unit) should occupy at least 75% of the picture.
What sizes do you cover
?
I cover all the sizes on request.
What if the drawing gets lost during
shipment?
If for what ever reason the portrait gets lost during shipping, I will
draw you a new portrait.
What if the drawing gets damaged during shipment
?
If for what ever reason the portraits gets damaged during shipping, I will
draw you a new portrait.
If I am really not satisfied with the finished drawing,
will it be redone ?
Yes, if you are not satisfied at the time of approval, I will redo the
portrait. If however, you are not satisfied with the portrait (after you
approved) when the shipment arrives, you can return the portrait, but you
have to pay for the deposit and for the shipping.
